Hi all, I joined the Tucson kickball family Fall of 2019 and played on the wonderful blue team for a while until I had the opportunity to be a captain. It is very rewarding to see players grow each game and having the best time out in the field. I’m somewhat competitive but not too serious especially when my team is still smiling even if we are getting crushed by another team.
The people in this community have grown to be some of my best friends. I’m so thankful to be part of a league that is supportive, open minded and super fun!
Side Note: I'm a native Italian from Palermo, Sicily. I moved to the states in 1990 with my parents and younger brother. I love plays especially Hamilton. As Hamilton quotes “Immigrants, we get the job done!”
